This collab started in 2007. It died several months after. I had a talk with some of the people that participated in it and I decided it was best to just get the remaining parts done & over with. A lot of the people that participated aren't around anymore, so those who were chosen as co-author will not be able to be listed as one.
So there is still room for co-authoring.
